Plating Operative - Trainee

Tewkesbury - Permanent – Fulltime – 7:30-16:00, early finish Friday – Salary £13+ DOE

My client Is looking for a Plating Operative to join their team on site, processing components for leading aerospace manufacturers. All experience levels considered, so If you are looking for an exciting new career or you are experienced and looking for an exciting next step, look no further.

The role:

•      Interpret and follow detailed work instructions

•      Prepare components for treatment – media blasting & Waxing

•      Record processing times and outcomes

•      Continuous improvement

•      Supporting a strong safety culture

The Person:

•      Plating experience - Desirable

•      Confidently follow work instructions

•      Keen eye for detail

•      Good communicator, team player

•      Willing to learn new skills

•      Experience in an Aerospace manufacturing environment - Desirable

•      Relevant Qualification – Desirable
